**ABOUT THE POSITION**

*ROLE: PERFORMING ARTS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
*

We are seeking an additional Performing Arts Administration Officer to join the Performing Arts Team to
assist with the day-to-day administration and operations of the department. This is a permanent part
time, term time plus four weeks position working 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
Successful applicant must have the ability to work outside of school hours for events with capacity to work
increased hours in busy periods such as musical. Immediate start.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION - PERFORMING ARTS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**
ROLE
The Performing Arts Administration Officer is responsible to contribute to the day-to-day administration and
operations of the Performing Arts Department. This includes all areas of Performing Arts programs such as Choral,
Instrumental and Musical throughout the year.

To support the College’s ethos and the cornerstones, demonstrating this through personal example; interaction with
colleagues, students, parents and the wider community, in contributing to the community of the College.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- The Hillcrest community, parents, students and staff
- Directly to the Director of Performance
- Ultimately, to the Executive Head of College

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Administrative relevant qualifications
- Three years’ experience in a high-level administrative/logistics role, preferably in the performing arts, or

school-based role
- Positive Notice Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
- A current driver licence
