Our Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane, is just that - a support to each of our Centres, and here to make their day-to-day a little easier.

Day to day
Reporting to the IT Manager, this position is suited to a level 2/3 technician with the ability to support a broad range of technologies, and review and enhance existing technology platforms.
As a key member of the IT team, you will be supporting and sharing the responsibility of the group’s weekly IT function, including supporting team members in day-to-day activities. This role will also provide the ability to lead and support in new technology implementations across the business.
The role will be an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Specialist to join and develop within a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a company that is growing at an exciting pace.
Key areas of work
Providing 2/3 support for Cloud Environment, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, IT Security Systems, VoIP, Remote Access and Telephony Services
Supporting team members in day-to-day IT activities/requests
Maintaining a stable and scalable cloud environment and network
Enforcing cloud security, network security, and intrusion protection
Aligning with the IT Manager in Project / Management work
Maintaining IT documentation.
About you
To be successful in this role and within our group, you will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong technical aptitude, Network IT proficiency, and troubleshooting skills
A high level of attention to detail whilst still being able to meet deadlines
Proactive, problem-solver, and able to manage your workload
Motivated and results-oriented with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative team player
