An opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant has become available to join this global giant on a long-term contract where support the complaince operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and process day-to-day compliance operations to ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with ASC and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce various reports for weekly and monthly end data analysis, technical and auditing purposes.
- Ensure the check call process and policy have been met properly
- Supporting regular audit and ad-hoc audit in warranty area including check calls

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting preferred but not required
- Full Australian driver’s license
- Intermediate Excel
- SAP user preferred
- Personable and able to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
