**About the Role**: The Clinical Compliance Lead a culture of excellence in clinical care and customer service. You will be central to leading the development and coordination of care models aligned with modern clinical practices, ensuring high standards and compliance with aged care regulations.
**What you’ll do**:

- Inspire, mentor and engage clinical leads and teams to cultivate a culture of higher performance in customer care.
- Coordinate the organisation’s response to changes in the aged care regulatory environment, ensuring compliance and superior standards of care.
- Proactively plan and develop innovative care models aligned with contemporary clinical practices.
- Lead Clinical Educators to foster a positive learning environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor clinical leads through a community of practice, providing ongoing support, guidance and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement training plans, tools and professional initiatives to enhance the clinical capabilities of the care team.
- **About you**:

- Professional qualifications as a Registered Nurse and current registration with AHPRA.
- Significant experience as a registered nurse with a high level of relevant clinical knowledge.
- Demonstrated clinical experience and competence, including experience in evidence based complex care.
- Ability to embed quality management systems within services and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting family members and residents.
- Experience in resolving clinical issues, supporting family members and residents.
- Knowledge of regulatory and funding environment, including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards and the Australian National Aged Care Classification Model.
- Data Analyst skills.
- Team Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
- A current driver’s licence.
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement.

This is a full-time role is based from the Mile End office and requires travel where required and as necessary to all ACH Group locations.
