**L A MODERN PTY LTD is looking for a qualified and expert painter for commercial and residential Painting Trade Work (Long Term Job Available with an attractive annual salary package)**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Location**: West Melbourne Suburbs, Melbourne, Australia.
**Salary**: $72,000 - $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

As part of our expansion, we are seeking skilled and experienced Painting Trade Worker’s to join our dynamic team long term.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Painting Trades Worker or in a similar role.
- _**Certificate III in Painting and Decorating**_**.** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Australian driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in the workplace.
- Able to communicate in english
- Physically fit and able to work in a harsh climate, performing manual work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work at heights safely.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in all painting and finishing work.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work with other construction workers onsite such as Carpenters, Electricians & Plumbers
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual work, erect scaffolding, ladders safely

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday Full time 38 Hours Per Week

**Experience**:

- Construction painting: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Functional English (required)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**:

- Australia (preferred)

**Expected Start Date**: ASAP
