When Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (CMR) launched in 2012, it was with a single mission in mind: to truly impact the healthcare of Australians.

While we expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced
**Event Coordinator** to create and organise events for our customers and our team.

**Your Opportunity**
- Develop, enact and manage a rolling 12-month calendar of internal & external events, conferences & activations for our customers and our team
- Liaise with venues and suppliers in regard to content, materials, equipment, displays and other essentials to ensure coordinated delivery of events
- Prepare event materials and develop and manage event timelines, run sheets, event orders and floor plans, etc.
- Coordinate all events-related external contractors and expenses, including budget management
- Compile event reports including evaluation of all events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders & identify objectives of the event and determine the requirements that must be set to accomplish those objectives
- Consistently liaise with the Marketing team regarding communications, creation and implementation of promotions (EDMs, website content)
- Ensure the events inbox is monitored and general administrative tasks are completed

**About You**
- An understanding of the events sector
- Demonstrated capabilities creating and curating meaningful events
- An understanding of event principles and the ability to follow organisational procedures
- Intermediate proficiencies using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and basic IT/AV skills
- Demonstrated administrative and time management skills combined with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and personal/interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in contributing to continuous improvement planning across marketing and events
- A passion for and creativity in conceptualising events and styling booths an advantage, but not essential
