Are you an experienced and motivated professional with a background in the pest industry? Do you excel at managing teams and coordinating job schedules? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our dynamic team at our head office in Baringa, Sunshine Coast.

Safeguard Pest Control is a leading pest control company servicing the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane region for over 30 years and is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our valued customers. With a strong focus on professionalism, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and optimise our job scheduling processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of job scheduling and daily budgets, including coordinating appointments, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the pest industry to understand customer requirements and allocate appropriate resources for each job.
- Liaise with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of job details, customer information, and technician availability using our internal database systems.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and maximise productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies and implement initiatives to enhance overall team performance and achieve company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative leadership role, preferably within the pest industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management and scheduling purposes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- A proactive mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
