***About the role**

As a Rehabilitation Coordinator at the TAC you will proactively manage a portfolio of clients to achieve optimal client outcomes through relationship building, expectation setting, and effective communication with stakeholders. Working within the Back to Work Intensive team, you will have a strong focus on the return to work element of client’s journey to full health. Using your ability to make sound claim liability decisions, you will develop holistic claims management strategies to assist our clients achieve their goals.

***What we’re looking for**

***Experience in a Client Services Environment**
- Deliver a high level of client service by putting the client at the centre of decision making and communicating claims liability decisions in line with the client service charter. _

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice claims management during any stage of a client journey. Act as a model litigant and represent the TAC at various forums to provide information and community education. _

**Systems Knowledge**
- Utilise a claims management system and other systems to enable effective sourcing and storing of information._
