- Bachelor level degree, or experience working in the tertiary education field
- Advanced proficiency in the entire MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce & LMS, or ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management & efficiency
- Suitability to working in a fast-paced, dynamic & changing office environment
- Ability to work autonomously & at times with little guidance or instruction
- Proven ability to remain calm & focused under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail & meticulous accuracy
- Interest in establishing a friendly & professional rapport in line with OES values

This is an extremely rare opportunity for someone wanting to develop professionally within an environment that is committed to people.

Along with joining a passionate, energetic and highly skilled team, this role will allow you to gain exposure to many growth and development opportunities. OES offers a hybrid, flexible approach to work, where we work 2-3 days from our state-of-the-art Cremorne office, and the rest from home (or wherever you choose). Breakfast, snacks, table tennis, Nintendo Switch are all available in the office, as well as an in-house massage therapist and weekly staff drinks. Ultimately, you will be joining a values-driven, collaborative business where your creativity and innovation will be nurtured and celebrated.
