**The Client**
Our client is seeking a Residential Building Manager to join their highly committed team who provides a high level of customer service to their clients. The key focus of this position is to provide proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.

**The Role**
The Building Manager is responsible for:

- Regularly monitoring areas of common property
- Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspections logs
- Managing the loading dock and deliveries
- Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
- Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
- Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance
- 3+ years’ experience in Building Management
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate articulately to stakeholders
- Efficient time management
- Must have a personable character and enjoy dealing with people daily
