Waterpoint Building Management specialize in the management of Facilities and Buildings across a range of estate types. Our portfolio has a core focus across the mid to high density residential and commercial top end sector. We understand the process from development through to facility maintenance, with clear knowledge over its asset life cycle stages. **Job tasks and responsibilities**
**Offer**
Due to Company growth, we are seeking to bring on a proactive and experienced Building Manager that has a desire to be part of our exciting development. Our portfolio has a range of building styles to stretch your capabilities and grow your experience. Our sites are located across Sydney, which provides great location prospects to meet work/study-life balance demands.
**Role**
The duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day Building Maintenance reporting and ad-hoc duties under the interest of the company
- Commercial & Residential Strata facility upkeep, projects and maintenance management
- Retain and manage the Building/Construction specific compliance, certification and documentation by qualified and competent tradespeople/companies
- Service Contractor and in-house team management
- Internal and external Stakeholder management
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance services
- Perform and manage the minor new works and capital expenditure forecasted works
- WHS & Security management
- Perform and Manage the Building Maintenance relevant requirements, reports and/or preparations for up-coming Owner Corporation/Executive Committee and Strata Management/Strata Managing Agent requests and meetings
- Efficiently manage the contracted and company budgets, intentionally maintaining a positive financial position
- Manage the Strata Plan Building/Facility Management requirements
- Manage reports and documentation relating to security, police and emergency incidents requiring Waterpoint Building Management involvement

- Driver's license is required

**Salary**: $63,349.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
