With high end residential towers situated across Sydney Metropolitan area, our client in recruiting 2x Relief Building Manager positions.

Enjoy team events, annual awards nights, and monthly regular upskilling sessions.

**The Opportunity**
Seeking experienced Building Managers who are interested in moving into a Relief Building Manager role and or Building Managers who are still learning their craft

You will travel between sites, working alongside Senior Building Managers who will provide you direction and support, covering the responsibilities of Building Managers away on leave.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Relief Management across various sites
- Provide support to manage budgets & asset registers
- Liaise with residents and body corporate & attend committee meetings
- Prepare performance reports
- Inspect facilities and common arears
- Manage and coordinate contractors
- Maintain security systems and pass in’s / outs

**About You**
- Experienced Building Managers and or up and coming Building Managers with backgrounds in hotels, concierge, and security or trades
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and autonomous worker
- Customer service orientation
- attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Strata and Body Corporate (desirable)
