Be part of the success as we continue to grow We love what we do and are looking for the right person to join our office admin team on apart time basis - 4 days a week.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Daily inbound and outbound calls;
- Invoicing and processing customer orders;
- Collaborating daily with logistics, sales and production;
- Assisting in managing stock levels and organising delivery of goods; and
- Additional duties and responsibilities where required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- The ability to action and respond to customer enquiries & orders in a timely manner;
- Computer Skills; Intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite and using various information systems and software;
- Collaborating with other departments; and
- High attention to detail and work ethic, must be reliable.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
