CoINVEST have an opportunity for a Full-time, Permanent Office Manger to join their team conveniently located in East Melbourne near Parliament Station.

The
**Office Manager** role is integral to the smooth operation and support to staff and our members, taking ownership of a diverse range of office, and administrative duties. The role supports a superior level of service to all internal and external clients and requires strong attention to detail, business acumen and initiative to contributes to CoINVEST’s overall service delivery to members project management capability, ensuring the ongoing delivery of member experience and cost-effective improvements.

**The Role**:

- Be a collaborative, active and positive member of the CoINVEST team who operates in alignment with the CoINVEST Values
- Manage office operations and administration portfolio of programs and business initiatives
- Overall management of reception function including supervision and manage workload and development of the Receptions / Executive Assistant
- Assist with change and implementation management activities where required.
- Support the office when required for meetings and external events
- Overseeing maintenance of office equipment and co-ordinating service vendors
- Official contact for safety issues relating to management and assessment of safety incidents at CoINVEST workplace including support WorkSafe inspection visits and implementation of corrective actions as required
- Provide support as required to HSRs and Maintain OHS registers including the first aid, safety incident register and hazards register
- Attend OHS Committee meetings as management representative, work with team leaders to understand their OHS obligations and assist with implementation and monitoring of OHS plan
- Designated Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Coordinator, responsible for ensuring adequate cover across floors, training, and reporting.
- Operational and office related testing and improvements in the areas of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Records management for office administration including document storage and archiving.
- Car Park management and liaison

You are a self-motivated problem solver who uses their initiative to investigate issues and formulate solutions. You are able to work with competing priorities and meet deadlines and maintain a continuous improvement and service orientated mindset.

You are experienced in office management and operations working across multiple streams in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple programs and initiatives in tandem. Critical to your success of this role will be your commitment to service delivery, stakeholder management and be of an agile mindset with high levels of adaptability.
