Job Description

Due to our existing and planned growth, we seek to appoint a skilled and motivated Invoicing Officer based in our Sydney Head Office.

We are seeking a candidate with astute attention to detail when overseeing, managing and maintaining records. 

What does the role look like?

• Create and maintain billing contracts into software system.
• Process Contract Variations for your Portfolios to ensure invoice accurate contract billing and labour rosters.
• Interact with Site Managers and clients as required to clarify requirements and changes. 
• Generate and send invoices to clients. 
• Ensure invoices are accurate and that clients have raised Purchase Orders for timely payment.
• Respond to client queries via email and liaise with internal staff for response.
• Maintain client contact details and document invoice distribution methods.
• Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required- major in accounting, finance or legal preferred.
• Medium to advanced MS Office software skills required- especially Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
• Previously exposure to ERP systems preferred but not essential.
• High attention to detail is required, with a methodical approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload as required.
• Be an active member of a team with positive communication skills.
