**Responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:
- Attending to Clients and Staff inquires
- Onboarding new staff and maintaining documents
- Onboarding new clients and setting them up in system
- General admin duties
- Liaise with different departments with in the organisation and maintain correct records.
- General admin and reporting work
- Documents filings
- Monitor, prioritise and file incoming correspondence;
- Handle confidential information whilst employing appropriate discretion
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Packages (Words, Excel, etc).
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work under deadlines and able to perform under pressure
- Work well autonomously, ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively
- “Can Do” Attitude and motivation to learn and develop
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Friendly and helpful disposition and positive attitude

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Upper Ferntree Gully, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
