This is a temporary full time 38 hours per week leave relief position until 18 February 2024 with the possibility of extension.

This Administration Officer position is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Executive of the Division of Kids and Families. This position will be required to provide administrative support for various Divisional services in Paediatrics and Child and Family and as such may be required to work across various sites throughout the District.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

Successful applicants to the role must provide certified documentation of vaccination history and pathology as part of their recruitment documentation. **Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support to senior managers.
- Ability to write reports, documents and correspondence, including drafting complex correspondence for senior officers, accurately and clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to plan, organise and problem solve.
- High level information technology and system skills, including office and hospital systems (Health Roster, eMR), word processing and spreadsheet packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Demonstrated experience in minute taking, agenda and business paper preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in the operations of TRIM records management software and record management procedures and practice.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
