- Monitor content when live, flagging off-brief issues, contribution concerns, or high-performing content to optimise.
- Support in creating briefs and assets such as mood boards, and app banners.
- Contribute to campaign reports, populate PowerPoint deck with key content and results
- Provide Helpscout community support for Creators who write in with campaign issues and help to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate across Campaign Leads and tech team to help solve issues for Creators/ Soupers within and outside campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
