We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team, assisting our Marketing Manager in the development and execution of brand campaigns.

As the
**Marketing Coordinator** you will be required to:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive revenue, and increase customer engagement.
- Assist writing content briefs including photography briefs, film briefs, and artwork briefs.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Be proficient in community engagement across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, menus and promotional items.
- Assist in organising and coordinating special events and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Support the Marketing Manager and wider Applejack team in other activities as needed.
- Work nights and weekends when required to support the marketing team and venues with specials events including event set up, filming for socials media, directing photographers and videographers, and ensuring the success of the event.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, agency experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
