Office Admin/customer Service

Fast growing flooring wholesaler with national presence is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to join our small friendly team. Your main responsibilities will be to answer inbound calls of customer’s stock and order enquiry and order processing.
This role is a mixture of Customer Service and Administration
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer’s sales orders/accounts
- Processing new sales orders
- General stock availability enquires
- Communicating with the warehouse staff
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Reliable and Punctual Record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
