This position is avalaible due to growth

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Field Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and engaging displays that showcase our clothing range in our retail stores. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's vision and values.
- Designing and setting up eye-catching product displays, window displays, and in-store layouts to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, including online platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance to store staff on visual presentation techniques.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new visual merchandising opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of current fashion trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
- Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- $70PKG which is inclusive of clothing allowance, discount, company car and petrol card/mobile
- Inclusions: Company car, petrol card, mobile phone, staff clothing allowance 50% and $500 quarterly clothing allowance.
- Working alongside another FVM and reporting to a State VM.
- Area: TBC - Only in VIC
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
