An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Visual Merchandiser, contributing your creativity to a prominent clothing brand. Join the dynamic team in the fashion industry and be part of shaping the visual narrative.

**Key Skills & Experiences**:

- Developing and implementing innovative visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's vision and values.
- Designing and setting up eye-catching product displays, window exhibits, and in-store layouts to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, including online platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and providing guidance to store staff on presentation techniques.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new visual merchandising opportunities.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of current fashion trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Benefits of the Position**:

- $72PKG inclusive of a clothing allowance, discount, company car, and petrol card/mobile.
- Inclusions: Company car, petrol card, mobile phone, staff clothing allowance 50%, and $500 quarterly clothing allowance.
- Working alongside another FVM and reporting to a State VM.
- Area: Covering the North West side and CBD, with approximately 8-10 store locations.
- Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
