**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Medical Management Facilitator within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care

The Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care (ACRPC) Medical Management Facilitator is responsible for coordinating the Medical portfolio functions and ensuring they are undertaken in a timely and accurate manner.

These support functions to the Medical Divisional Director and include medical rosters; medical recruitment and leave management.

The ACRPC Medical Management Facilitator will work in collaboration with the Allied Health Facilitator, these roles provide support to one another when required. The role may also provide professional support and supervision of other administrative staff within the ACRPC Division.

The ACRPC Medical Management Facilitator supports the implementation of Divisional administrative project activities across ACRPC and is responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development and administrative quality initiatives within the division in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)**
