**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Medical Practitioner within the Ophthalmology Department

The Unit/Department is committed to the philosophy and practice of 'Quality Service, Value and Innovation', to provide a comprehensive range of high quality, accessible clinical services to Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
- This entails an organisational structure and process which:
- Devolves decision making and accountability to patient care providers as close as possible to the consumer.- > Encourages innovation in service delivery.- > Supports team work and coordination amongst staff for better service outcomes.- > Develops the participation of consumers and workers in evaluation and planning processes.- > Encourages and supports teaching and research.To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.

The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
