**Credit Risk Reporting and Modelling Manager**:
**Job Details**

A compelling opportunity for Credit Risk Manager to take the lead in overseeing and managing credit risks in monitoring portfolio within retail, fleet and wholesale businesses. Manage a team of credit risk analyst in credit reporting, modelling and systems decision whilst contributing to project and productivity initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the measurement, analysis, reporting and insights on credit risk trends and risk costs associated with lending to retail, fleet and wholesale customers.
- Optimise the use of credit bureaus for credit risk assessment, decision and management of risks costs including move to Comprehensive Credit Reporting.
- Manage the calculation and review of relevant parameters used in the measurement of credit risk, such as Probability of Default, Loss Given Default, loss ratio and Default ratio
- Ensure loss provisioning for impairment is aligned to IFRS 9 accounting requirements and company methodology.
- Manage credit risk cost planning, budgeting and forecasting and provide regular review and reporting on activities and developments.
- Incorporate risk costs into risk based pricing for retail, fleet and wholesale customers.

**About You**
- Financial Services industry experience in retail credit risk
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications in Finance or Risk preferably with a quantitative focus
- Strong people management skills with an ability to develop team members in a challenging environment
- Strong data mining and analysis skills with a strong understanding of risk tools, and the ability to turn data into recommendations and or policy improvement
- An in-depth understanding of mathematical and statistical tools with an ability to understand the relevance of appropriate data for use
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in engaging and influencing senior leader
