**About the role**

This is a high impact role where you will play a significant role in the evolution of B&D’s Salesforce platform and will have responsibility for all functional avenues of Salesforce.

You will take the lead in building capabilities enabling current and future needs of our business and is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront & make an impact across the business by delivering salesforce solutions.

It is a brilliant opportunity where you will be exposed to multi cloud environment and will implement Salesforce solutions across various international jurisdictions. The role has a great scope to expand over time to take on greater responsibilities for the architecture and operation of systems across B&D.

The role is based out of Keysborough with flexible working options and will empower you to unlock array of opportunities for the Salesforce team and make a difference.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with internal and external partners to understand the requirements of the business and provide & design solutions
- Work with others on activities such as implementations, development, testing, release management and other system administration related tasks
- Participate in engagement planning, dependency identification and prioritisation as well as estimation.
- Provide technical advice to the wider business and generally help to lift Salesforce capability

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of Salesforce
- Experience working across multi-cloud environments
- Experience engaging business stakeholders and developing detailed requirements and specifications
- A certification in at least one relevant Salesforce product
