Castle Hill RSL Group Painter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our Maintenance team as a Painter.

The successful candidate will be based out of the Castle Hill RSL site but must be able to travel between venues when required. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the evolution of CHRG.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a passion for painting to join our team. As a Painter, you will possess a trade qualification and minimum 6 years' experience in plastering, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and independently.

You will also have a valid driver's license and be committed to ensuring a safe working environment. The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a pre-employment medical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out painting tasks and repairs across various venues
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
What We Offer

As a member of our Maintenance team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to our Employee Benefits Program, Connect+. This includes paid birthday leave, 30% off food & beverage, $5 daily coffee allowance, and free gym membership.
