Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager, Recruitment & Retention to join their team

About the role?

Working closely with the CEO, you will enjoy devising pragmatic solutions to complex queries, drawing upon your detailed understanding of recruitment, operational priorities, and people management. You will enjoy proactively working with various stakeholders (internal / external) to understand their changing needs, ensuring advice, initiatives and supports are fit for purpose.

Specifically you will;
Support future talent programs that identify and engage with key talent in order to promote the brand and provide a strong pipeline of high-quality talent to meet future resourcing needs;
Plan and coordinate relevant attraction strategies including advertising, branding, university career fairs, networking events etc;
Project manage recruitment campaigns (both in person and virtually), organising key internal stakeholders to present at campus and industry events;
Develop and manage communication and engagement activities with graduates and faculty leaders;
Manage the onboarding and compliance of tutors as well as assigning them to program schedules; and

Maintain system and reporting requirements, as required.

Who we are looking for?

Extensive recruitment experience will be complemented by exceptional personal drive, a high level of resilience, personal integrity, and commitment to deliver. Ideally, you will have a proven depth of experience working within graduate or an early careers environment, coupled with exceptional stakeholder and project management experience. With strong organisation skills, you will pride yourself on being proactive, detail focused and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Naturally, you will demonstrate;
Proven experience working within a recruitment function, with exposure to running seasonal campaigns;
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to follow up and keep processes on time;
A commitment to customer experience and ability to coordinate onboarding & scheduling requirements;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders (internal / external); and

Be comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups.

Above all else, you will be a collaborative and a down-to-earth team player, coupled with strong business acumen, with the ability to 'lean in' and be involved in tasks that will contribute to business outcomes.
