**Recruitment Consultant - Industrial**

**The role**:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in 360 Recruitment for our Industrial clients.

Your duties may include, but not be limited to:

- Account Management of our valued clients
- Writing & screening job ads
- Conducting interviews
- Site Visits and WHS checks
- Payroll administration
- Answering of inbound queries
- General administrative duties
- Site visits to client sites in the Brisbane and surrounding regions

**About you**:
You will demonstrate:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Adaptable in communication style, approach and attitude
- A do-er, a thinker, a problem solver and real people person
- Corporate presentation with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Previous experience in recruitment is highly regarded, though not essential.
