Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have built a strong team with a number of agents who are ranked as the best in the market.
Supporting a team of highly successful Office Leasing Agents, tasks will range from formatting and checking contracts and submissions, Offers to Lease, disclosure packages, liaison with settlement agents and general client and tenant liaison. Other responsibilities include:
- Administration support to the leasing team
- Tracking of leasing transactions ensuring all documentation is accounted for.
- Preparation of documentation.
- Preparation of signboards and online advertising.
- Invoicing.
- Process End of Month reports.
- General PA / Administration support to the team.
- Adhoc office administration.
You will be joining a fast-paced environment across an expanding portfolio so attention to detail and pro activity is key. A background in Commercial or Residential Property is required.
You will be a strong administrator and be able to manage your time effectively. Personal attributes will include a diligent work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills and keen eye for detail.
