**Medical Practice Administration Assistant recruitment AD**

Living Springs Health Group offers quality physiotherapy and exercise physiology services in various locations around Sydney.

We have extensive experience in sports physiotherapy with physiotherapists managing professional athletes including members of the A league and NPL soccer, All Blacks Rugby Union, AFL, State of Origin players and Queensland State Netball.

We also have a HICAPS terminal available for easy on the spot processing for your private health fund claims, with over 35 participating health funds. We look after patients who have DVA and Chronic Disease Management (CDM, formerly EPC) plans from their GP. We also welcome referrals for CTP and WorkCover claims.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
- Managing and maximising diary occupancy for multiple therapists
- Welcoming families and clients into the centre before therapy sessions, building rapport and providing scheduling assistance
- Supporting our families with exceptional knowledge and empathy through our busy communication platforms to ensure their journey with us is seamless
- Administration duties to support our client service, accounts and management teams
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, culture and engagement
- Previous experience working as a Scheduler and Administration Assistant in a Medical or Allied Health practice will be prioritised to consider
- Project management skills and social media marketing skills are highly regards
- Proven time management, prioritising, and organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
- Working effectively and efficiently with MS offices suites and Windows, with the flexibility to adapt to new systems quickly
- Problem solving and solutions focused, multitasking skills are a must
- The ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously, working to contribute to a positive environment for our staffs, clients, and partner service providers.
- Outstanding integrity and confidentiality
- High levels of energy, engagement, and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin both writing and oral speaking, multi-language would be a bonus
- Direct report to Chief Operating Officer or on-site senior executive manager

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
