**About the role**

Working at our Head Office based in Chatswood reporting directly to our National Administration Manager the key responsibilities of the role include.

Perform reception duties including:

- Directing telephone callers to appropriate staff;
- Issuing and receiving standard forms;
- Relaying internal information;
- Greeting visitors;
- Maintaining basic records;
- Filing,collating and copying documents;
- Handling or distributing mail including messenger service;
- Dealing with accounts,invoices,orders and store requisitions through
- recording,matching,checking and batching; and
- Operating any related business equipment.

Assist Head Office personnel with administrative or general duties, including:

- Booking appointments, travel arrangements or events; and
- Receiving and sending mail and packages related to head office duties.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience using the full Microsoft Suite such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- University students most welcome to apply
