Retail Support Administrator

We are looking for a Retail Support Administrator to join our office based retail support team. You will be self-motivated, creative and passionate about developing your career in retail. Your role will support both Jaycar and RTM in ensuring their day to day admin and support is met in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

- Responding to uniform portal queries and ensuring all team members have the correct uniform and name badges.
- Updating online portals with any team member changes to ensure changes are managed correctly for security, uniform and the company intranet.
- Ensuring relevant tasks, documents, reports and projects are finalised within required timeframes
- Ensure any changes are issued throughout retail as required, including annually reviewing procedures and ensuring compliance.
- Manage and oversee the updating of all SOP operating procedures and documentation across the retail group
- General support to all Retail Support Functions
- General ad hoc Duties as required

**Desirable experience and qualifications include**:

- Previous experience working in similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively in work and with punctuality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Business Management qualifications an advantage
- Enthusiastic and motivated
