**About the Role**

With such a huge focus on company culture and team fit, we are looking for a **Pre Construction Administrator **who wants to build their career with a company that is ready to provide the tools and support you need to succeed to a high level. You will be managing and supporting with administration tasks for the pre construction stage of clients.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Managing signing of contracts and prepare building contracts.
- Preparing and managing of council approvals.
- Ordering warranty certificates and reports for council.
- Working closely with planning and drafting manager on all admin tasks required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in the building/construction industry is a must.
- Proven strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Competent all Office software.
- Excellent exposure to relationship building with clients and companies.
- Ability to work under a fast paced and high pressure environment.
