**About the Role**

With such a huge focus on company culture and team fit, we are looking for a **Site Supervisor **who wants to continue their career with a company that is ready to provide the tools and support you need to succeed to a high level. You will responsible for the construction of 10-15 residential project home to semi-custom projects in Western Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Process tenders, relate to scope of build and interpret plans and relevant reports.
- Ensuring materials are delivered to site in a timely manner and orders are verified for quality and quantity.
- As required, ensure all necessary permits/approvals are in place.
- Coordination and management of trades and contractors and ensure delivery of quality provision of agreed work.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections of trades work and commitment to OH&S principles & compliance and security.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Budget management experience and the ability to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
- Commitment to OH & S principles and practice
- Min **5 years experience** in the volume home building industry building Semi-Custom or Custom Homes **ESSENTIAL.**:

- Proven extensive knowledge using Onsite Companion Software.
- Drivers License essential White Card is essential.
