As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we currently have a vacancy for a Media Implementation Coordinator to join us at our Head Office in Preston.**About the Role**
As Media Implementation Coordinator you will help manage the implementation of media campaigns, and act as the primary administrative support to the media team.- You will spend your day communicating with suppliers, agency partners and campaign managers, coordinating the implementation of weekly campaigns. You will create and manage media schedules, material instructions, and creative briefs to help ensure all jobs are delivered on time and within budget.- More specifically, you will be required to:
- Plan and maintain updated media schedules and undertake checks to ensure these schedules have been placed correctly and that suppliers are informed
- Manage weekly Material instructions for TV, Digital, Radio, OOH
- Maintain budgets and track billing on a monthly basis
- Post campaign reporting for all media activity
- Liaise with suppliers to take media briefs and build plans with the agency
- Produce and manage Local Area Marketing briefs from store owners and state managers..
- Create monthly overview reports/presentations for all marketing activity within the media team
- Upload creative to various media platforms

**About you**- In addition, you will need to demonstrate:
- Superb organisational and time management skills which allow you to meet deadlines and work effectively when time constrained
- Multitasking ability, especially from within in a fast-moving environment
- Professional judgment for handling confidential information
- An adeptness with general administrative tasks such as budgeting, data entry, and word processing
- The successful applicant must also return a satisfactory criminal history check_
