SEO Intern

Verve Innovation, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our team. As an SEO Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our SEO team in optimizing websites for search engines and improving online visibility for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, specifically search engine optimization, and wants to gain practical experience in a professional setting potentially leading to fulltime position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with keyword research to identify target keywords for clients' websites.
- Support in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to analyze website performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in conducting website audits to identify technical SEO issues and implement solutions.
- Support in creating and optimizing content for blogs, articles, and social media.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Assist with competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing website rankings, traffic, and other key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to continuously improve SEO strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Salary**: $54,249.28 - $65,000.00 per year
