**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist to join our Environmental Services team based in Keysborough 3173. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. As the Sales & Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
- Support internal stakeholders with campaigns

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience within a sales or customer service role required
- A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's
- Have resilience and tenacity
- Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
