**What your role will look like**
- The first point of contact for all enquiries and information regarding referrals to potential clients of HIS
- Determine clients’ eligibility for HIS accommodation services and provide high quality, individualised and tailored engagement with our participants who are navigating the NDIS
- Oversight and coordinate our client referral process end to end from the point of enquiry to the timely intake into their new home
- Responsible for the management of vacancies and partnering with the operations team on suitable admissions
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to promote HIS services and capitalise on future business opportunities
- Work with our partners to ensure funding packages are optimised to enable best practice care and support
- Optimise staff resources to meet client needs
- Continuously improve and review our approach to intake and to ensure the approved level of funding for our clients continues to support the care of our clients

You’ll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care, a thorough working knowledge of NDIS and Disability legislation, service standards and social policy. Also, a minimum 4 years’ experience in the disability/community services sector.
