**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Oversee traineeship and apprenticeship pathways programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive training network nationwide.
- Provide mentorship to trainees, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in and support events, promoting the programs effectively.
- Develop and implement indigenous engagement initiatives to enhance inclusivity and diversity.
- Assist the Learning and Development (L&D) manager with reporting and assessment tasks.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, embodying and promoting the organization's values and ethos.

**Skills & Experience**
- Similar experience in previous roles, with a knowledge on managing development pathways and indigenous engagement.
- Knowledge or and skills with learning and development techniques
- Passionate about working with young people.
- Certificate IV in Training and Development, Diploma in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
