Business Development Representative Korean Speaking

**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the Korean-speaking market.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients in Korean, understanding their trading needs and objectives.
- Articulate the features and benefits of our CFD trading solutions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products.
**Appointment Setting and Relationship Building**:
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the trading team based on client needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on market insights, client feedback, and performance metrics.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the trading team, marketing, and other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Korean is a requirement, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or a related field.
- Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
