We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for WA with expertise in Equipment Sales and Hire.

With their headquarters in Sydney and branches in QLD, VIC, and now WA, our client is expanding the team to take advantage of this exciting opportunity in the Western Australian market.
**Position Overview**:
We are actively searching for a driven and dedicated Sales Manager to lead operations in Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing equipment sales and hire activities across the WA territory. Your focus will be on achieving and maintaining sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, and driving growth within the region.
**Benefits**:
- Full-time position with a competitive salary between $120,000 to $150,000 per year + super.
- Commissions: Earn 0.4% on all sales, providing excellent earning potential.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of equipment sales and hire within the Western Australia territory.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless processing of sales and hire orders.
- Conduct monthly sales forecasting and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including launching new products.
- Assist in opening new customer accounts, performing credit checks, and setting credit limits.
- Contribute to debtors' management and expense review efforts.
- Travel regularly to meet with state customers, building strong rapport and addressing their needs.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls and respond to inbound sales inquiries.
- Elevate the success of the territory through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Undertake any relevant tasks in line with your qualifications and experience.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or equipment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and market analysis.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site regularly.
- Experience with credit checks, debtors' management, and expense review is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
