As a rewards advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative solutions that support our leaders and ensure our people and businesses thrive. Reporting to the Head of Rewards, Australian Steel Products, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our HR Policies and systems, conducting in-depth reviews, job evaluations, and making strategic recommendations to improve our rewards programs.

You will leverage your existing knowledge and experience to shape the future of our business. You’ll provide technical guidance and advice on remuneration, benefits, people analytics and general HR matters to the diverse businesses across upstream and downstream value chains. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from reviewing and updating our pay policies, benefits, superannuation, recognition to leading exciting rewards projects.

**What Will You Do?**

Leveraging your rewards expertise, you’ll support your business leaders and colleagues by:

- undertaking job evaluation using suitable methodologies and supporting job architecture projects
- Project leading or supporting the delivery of rewards solutions and implementing initiatives to support business goals
- ensuring market data participation and providing benchmarking, analysis, and insights for approval
- contributing to the overall design and delivery of the Annual Salary and Incentive Review
- remaining up to date on changes and advancements impacting the Rewards profession including technical methodology, data analysis and technology trends

With your consultative approach and ability to nurture relationships at all levels of business, you will bring:

- prior experience in rewards, remuneration, and benefits within a large organisation
- applied knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry / Hay, and Mercer)
- people and data analytics acumen
- excellent numeracy skills and advanced MS Excel abilities
