Solve problems with innovation. This is your opportunity to join the Continuity Services delivery team, that is focused on providing 'best in class services' to clients. You will work as part of a team that supports IT Service Continuity Management.

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Liaison with relevant technical teams to ensure they create, maintain and review their technical recovery procedure documentation
  • Co-ordinate platform and system recoveries for required contractual exercises/tests
  • Review current IT Service Continuity strategies and procedures
  • Perform accreditation of new or significantly changed systems
  • Proven experience in IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery
  • Able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of a range of complex or technical computing environments
  • Excellent time management skills, are a strong team player and client focused
  • Have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships
  • Australian Citizen with a current security clearance (desirable)
  • Professional membership/certification qualifications in Business Continuity or ITIL (IT Service Continuity Management process) – highly desirable
