**About the role**:
Due to my clients rapid growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Manager to oversee a residential building in Sydney North Shore.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Handling tenancy enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
- Maintenance of risk management and compliance documentation
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
- Identify defects and deficiencies
- Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance and statutory requirements for areas of common property

**About You**:

- Ideally 5 years residential Building Management experience
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
- Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft and MyBos system
- Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team
- Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
