We are based in Newcastle NSW, but will consider flexible work options if you are located on the East Coast.

**Requirements**:
In this hybrid role, you will be working within the Customer Success team, and interacting actively with other team members and technical teams across the company to provide and develop key learning and certification programs in support of SwitchDin’s product and services.

You will work with various sets of tools to develop external and internal knowledgebase to provide relevant information to support effective commissioning of SwitchDin products in the field.

Your core responsibility will be to develop engaging technical and easily consumable content for both internal and external stakeholders’ learning requirements.

You’ll work closely with teams and individuals across the organisation, providing and delivering engaging training courses and content that accelerates and consolidates learning outcomes.

About You:

- Interest in the Solar / Energy industry is a big tick
- Understanding of fundamental Electrical & Electronic concepts is super helpful
- Basic knowledge of fundamental networking & digital technologies, software, user interface and user experience is also helpful (we have plenty of experts in these fields
- we need you to help translate)
- Love of learning systems, methodologies, practices, and tools is a must
- Have a background in the delivery of software learning outcomes for audiences with varying skill levels, and develop course curriculum, units, and assessment to deliver those outcomes
- Enjoy collaborating with UI development teams to support continuous improvement of our platform
- Love getting into the detail
- managing all content and quality assurance reviews, including user feedback and implementing revisions
- Willingness and commitment to learn and adopt various technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience and to directly support users in their use
- A strong writer who can produce timely, well written documentation

About the role:

- Working closely with Customer Success team members, Engineering and Product teams through the development lifecycle to design effective learning programs and engaging learning collateral for our products and services.
- Developing and publishing learning resources using appropriate and varied media such as video, imagery, infographics, animations, e-Learning, presentation slides, guides, and workbooks
- Developing learning content designed to attest to an individual's capability and skill
- Building practical activities, interactive quizzes, and assessments to ensure learning programs are achieving the stated outcomes
- Engage with learners to promote, support, analyse and improve the effectiveness of learning programs and collateral
- Stay abreast of best practice, emerging trends, and new innovations to continually improve processes, standards, guidelines, and outputs
- Proactively engaging across the Product & Engineering teams to enhance the product and develop product specific training
