**The Role**

Reporting to the Manager, Life & ECM, this Case Consultant role exists to manage a portfolio of partial claims to finalisation. You will support the greater team workload and identify process improvements that lead to efficiencies.

You will have a focus on Retail Income Protection claims where the insured has made a part time or generally reduced return to work. Calculating benefits based on income versus pre-disablement earnings will be a primary function, along with completing reconciliations.

If you’re interested in claims assessing and have an inclination for numbers, this role is an opportunity to play to those strengths and build on those skillsets.

**About You**

Ideally you have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working across the Insurance industry with an understanding on claims processes

You bring experience working in a highly collaborative environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail along with advanced written and administration based skills

Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
