**THE ROLE**

The position is responsible for the development and delivery of the City of Hobart’s customer service framework to facilitate best practice service delivery to the City’s customers across the organisation.

**Location base**:Town Hall

**PAY AND CONDITIONS**

**Enterprise Agreement**:Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2021

**Classification**: Municipal Officer, Level 5

**Salary Range: (**$ 105,341 - $ 114,117**)** + 12.5% Superannuation

**Tenure**: Fulltime - Permanent
