Overview:
Atlassian has an amazing community of software builders (over 1,700 partners) who create apps (over 5,500) for our customers available on our Marketplace. As Atlassian continues the cloud transformation we have the opportunity for an experienced SaaS Partner Management leader to join our team leading and evolving our partnering motions. You will be responsible for the growth of our partners and partner programs in, on and around the Marketplace. We’re looking for an outstanding individual who understands SaaS software, enterprise sales and technology ecosystems.

**More About You**
A highly motivated and analytical business person you’ll bring your business accumen, passion for connected cloud solutions and people to our partnering team. You’ll have deep SaaS/Cloud experience having worked with companies of all sizes across global markets. You’ll know what it is to coach teams and partners in engagement with software buyers, especially in Enterprise companies. You’ll have worked across many aspects of SaaS software in your career from coaching and advising on technology and software to building marketing and sales engagement resources to actively selling. You are as familiar with CAC (customer acquisition costs) as you are with APIs and comfortable talking to developer and business centric founders. You know what software builders of tomorrow need when partnering with global cloud solutions and you can lead a team.

- Shape the future of our partnering motion ensuring Atlassian, our marketplace and our partners are setup for success
- Developer strong rapport with our global partners fostering strong relationships expanding our a vibrant and thriving community
- Lead our team of Partner Managers on an exciting evolution of our partnering motions
- Work to identify growth opportunities for our partnering ecosystem including new offerings, new partners and new apps that fill the needs of our customers
- Ensure our partner engagement models, our marketing campaigns, our sales engagements align with the business objectives of our partners
- Grow our teams including hiring and developing the next generation of leaders
- Collaborate with any and all teams across Atlassian bringing the voice of the partner into as many teams, conversations and strategy sessions as you can

Qualifications:
**Key results areas**
- Lead our partners to deliver our Ecosystem charter - a vibrant and thriving ecosystem full of successful software businesses.
- Create a strategic plan delivering on the evolution vision of our partnering motion achieving partner growth (revenue) targets
- Team with internal Atlassian Sales Teams and Solution Partner teams to increase the co-marketing and co-sell opportunities for our Marketplace Partners
- Ensure our partners know our cloud transformation goals and are aligned to ensure customers using apps are able to transform with as little friction as possible
- Our customers demand secure and compliant tools and you will lead efforts to ensure our partners are using the tools and resources
- Have partners involved closely in early access programs and driving customer innovations powered by Forge
