**About the role**

We have a permanent opportunity for a **Principal - Customer Systems **to** **lead and drive our strategy, planning and integration of technology initiatives for Water Corporation’s customer systems. This role will be based in our Balcatta office, reporting to the Manager Customer Systems.

**What the role will involve**
- Partnering with our business stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and ongoing review of customer focussed strategic and tactical customer initiatives
- Representing Customer Systems in governance forums
- Identifying, recommending, and prioritising new customer features in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Analysing business and system requirements and preparing formal responses to aid in the optimal development of customer initiatives
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business strategic goals and supporting initiatives to deliver business strategy
